Terms of Service

By submitting a quote, you agree to have read, understand and accept all of these terms of service. attempts to break terms will result in a cancelled commission and blacklisting. Defiled dragon is not responsible for any injuries that may occur in fursuit, wear at your own risk.

A quote is a form that will show the final price of your fursuit.
A quote may be subject to change with edits or additional requests.
to submit a quote, you must provide a clear, digital 2+ view reference sheet with all required patterns and information on it.

All payments will be made in USD.
payment plans must be paid within 3 months of quote agreement
work will not start on a fursuit until it is 100% paid off
A 5% late fee will be stack applied for every late payment day after the 5 business day lax period
All payments will not be spent until the product is completed and shipped for buyer protection

Work in progress images will be sent along the entire construction process
edits and changes must be requested at the stage of the work in progress image
we are not responsible for errors in design that could have been seen and changed in earlier stages, and a fee will be issued for the past avoidable edit
it is up to the client to thoroughly look through every work in progress image and video for any potential mistakes in design
as many questions may be asked throughout the whole process to ensure the best of design and quality
Maker Mistakes may be fixed free of charge

deadlines are not accepted under any circumstance
completion date estimates will be given, those dates however, are very flexible
there are no requests to be pushed further in the queue, your slot is where you will stay
Slots will be prioritized first paid first served or whichever materials arrives first

all shipping fees will be paid after fursuit completion
orders are shipped on mondays
all orders will have tracked shipping
once out of care, Defiled Dragon is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
shipping is paid for by client
shipping done via usps
Shipping to USA and Canada only
canadian clients be aware of customs fees

all commissions come with a 30 day warranty
any mistakes, broken parts, popped seams, etc that are at fault of our own are covered by waranty
damages done by the client will void the warranty
alterations to the product will void the warranty
shipping to and back must be covered by client
canadian clients be aware of customs fees, use repair and return customs form
a sewing repair kit will be sent to all clients with stitching instructions

premade fursuit sizing varies, check each specific description for individual premade sizes
commissioned fursuits require the following measurements and/or items when applicable: forehead measurement in cm, tip of middle finger to bottom of palm measurements in cm, arm length and bicep diameter in cm, leg length and thigh diameter in cm, duct dape dummies are required for 3/4 and full suits
during construction, sizes are made to fit snug, please specify if a loose or tighter fit is preferred before work begins
